Clean hotel, close to malls and shopping areas, friendly staff and varied breakfast.

The room leaked from rain splashing through the window, the exhaust fan didn't work, and the AC couldn't be adjusted. The plus side was that it was located near a mall.

Booked Business Suites and was upgraded to Junior Suites. Awesome.

It's a 5-star hotel, but the towels are filthy, inferior to the hotel next door (Quest). The room's lighting is dim, making it difficult to get work done.

Sorry, I arrived in the middle of the night, very tired from out of town, until the room was about to sleep, eh the pillow was musty, asked for a change, waited almost half an hour for it to be changed. The sheets were changed the next morning, the bathroom area near the sink for some reason was stagnant with water that wouldn't dry, stayed two nights. After complaining, it was dried and given anti-slip, eh but the water still pooled again after using the toilet, it was very sad, so it was a bit traumatic, previously stayed on the 5th floor, eh the floor leaked in the morning after heavy rain last night, seeping from the outside wall where stayed 2 nights too only a lot of towels to help dry, the room became musty and damp, unpleasant. Sad.

The food refill process took quite a while, leaving many empty or lacking options even though it was still quite early in the morning. The rest of the menu was very good.

When we wanted to check in, we waited for an hour. We arrived at 2:00 PM.
