Overall satisfactory, only the Wi-Fi is lacking.

A room like this for 800,000 Rupiah isn't worth it. The shower wouldn't work, so I had to shower sitting down. The walls were dirty, the curtains were dirty, and the mattress and towels were worn. The room was also noisy because the window was next to the machine.

The room I was given was far below my expectations, especially considering the price I paid. The bathroom was extremely dirty, with a leaking and clogged drain. The sink was also very dirty, as if it had not been cleaned properly for a long time. The toilet floor was very dirty as well. The TV was also problematic and kept hanging, making it almost impossible to watch anything. The refrigerator was very old and barely functioning. The facilities provided in the room were incomplete, and even the electric kettle was already cracked and damaged. The window was also cracked. These are just some of the issues I encountered, and there were many other shortcomings as well. Honestly, I am very disappointed and unhappy with my stay. The condition of the room was definitely not worth the price I paid. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and improve the room conditions and maintenance for future guests.

Le Polonia Hotel is simply amazing. I stayed for two nights and was very pleased with the service and friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide selection, and the room rate was still affordable. My suggestion is to add a breakfast menu specifically for children (not all spicy). This is the best hotel in Medan.

Three people staying there were given one key. However, if one of them left, it was difficult to get in, having to use a card. We asked for another card, as if we weren't happy about it...

Parking is difficult. Hotel keys should be provided for three people staying together, with two keys. This isn't the case. Even the keys are difficult to find; they're given two, but they're returned anyway.
