Check-in time is 2:00 PM, I arrived at 3:00 PM and the room still wasn't ready. I booked a queen bedroom on the app, but when I got there, the receptionist said the queen bedroom was empty, only to find a twin bedroom. I had already booked a room for three on the app (one child, 5 years old), so imagine how I would have slept. I was really annoyed because I was tired and had deliberately arrived late in the afternoon so I could go straight in and rest. What should have been a larger room on the upper floor, ended up being given a room directly in front of the reception and smaller, which is definitely a different price. In my opinion, cleanliness was also lacking because I found insects several times. Sorry, but this was my bad experience while booking a hotel. Thank you.
