I stayed in room 223 on the 2nd floor, the AC wasn't cold, it was hot... they said the freon was out. I was disappointed, the AC wasn't turned on all night.

The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly, the room is clean, there is a swimming pool, the price is affordable and you can get breakfast. If I go to Bandung, I will stay again at Amaris Hotel Cihampelas Bandung.

Vacationing in Bandung for 4 days 3 nights and staying at Amaris was something fun. The hotel is strategic, in front of it there is a restaurant, reflexology place, 15 minutes walk to Ciwalk and many more. The service is also OK, the staff is very helpful. Thank you Amaris Hotel, next time I go to Bandung I want to stay here again.

The hotel staff are all friendly, as requested I wanted a room that wasn't in a corner and a non-smoking area, I stayed for 2 nights but unfortunately the timing was wrong.
Because on the first day Persib was playing and there was a convoy, I really couldn't sleep all night because the motorbikes were so noisy.
Because the hotel is in front of the highway, the sound of the motorbike can be heard very clearly..
On the 2nd day, unfortunately the room key broke but thank God I wasn't asked to change it (I was really worried about being asked to change it) the staff responded quickly and immediately made a new key..
Then there was a small insect, luckily I wasn't afraid so I just hit it with my sandals..
The breakfast menu is standard but delicious, the food was also refilled quickly because the hotel was really busy..
Input:
Maybe the room key can be made thicker or something so it doesn't break easily..
Then the cleanliness of the room starting from the floor, sheets and maybe sprayed with anti-attack spray like that...
But everything is okay, comfortable...
I also got a discount from Traveloka so it's more economical...

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. But some facilities I can't enjoy.
1. The hotel apparently does not provide extra beds and connecting doors have been entered into the request but were not provided, either because the room availability has run out or is indeed not available
2. Dirty bedcover
3. The room phone is dead so if there are questions or requests for room service, you can't contact them by phone
4. The shower in the bathroom uses a built-in shower and its position is too close to the wall, making it very difficult when taking a shower
5. The bathroom does not have a shower that can be held by hand so if soap splashes out of the shower area it is difficult to clean the floor so it is prone to being more slippery
