The hotel staff are friendly, but the room is noisy and not soundproof. It was really noisy when the staff was cleaning the next room.

Fantastic!!!! <3 <3 <3 A place that is very close to culinary / quite close to everywhere in the city, walking distance for food cravings, delicious local food, even in a fairly busy area, the hotel is comfortable and clean and not noisy. The staff is also very helpful. Well, here it is better to take a vehicle / local or online transportation when it is crowded, it is difficult to get parking, but overall the experiences are very good. Can't stop craving for all the food selling nearby. Thanks. No picture available as too excited wondering around :)

There are many culinary places around the hotel with a variety of choices.

Location is OK Friendly Staff is OK Perhaps the attention to detail could be improved. When I entered the room, there was a rag on the desk, perhaps after cleaning, they forgot to bring it back. The water from the AC in front of the bathroom door also leaked quite badly. Within minutes, the water was quite heavy, with a disturbing dripping sound. However, I really respect the staff's promptness in fixing it. Overall, the hotel is comfortable enough to warrant a return visit. Thank you

The room type given was a twin with very hot AC and the room was not changed, a very disappointing experience and service.

A comfortable place located in the middle of Medan city, close to everywhere, but for night culinary for Muslims like me it's a bit far except for the delicious Padang satay, because the area is mostly Chinese food, overall it's fun, thank you to the friendly staff.

So far so good, but in the future maybe the TV type can be replaced with a smart TV or Google TV to provide a more enjoyable staying experience 👌🏻
