Strategically located hotel. Clean, good breakfast. Poor soundproofing.

The room is clean and comfortable, but the bathroom walls are black, which makes the atmosphere a bit spooky. There is only one soap and shampoo for bathing, which is stored in one place like handwash in the toilet. The food variety is sufficient, there are delicious Medan traditional snacks, the staff are friendly, the location is close to the mall.

The hotel is very clean, the room service also the best. I would like to stay in this hotel again next time.

The soundproofing between one room and another is still lacking....talking, snoring and even cell phone alarms still come through to my room

Everything is in good order and the price is totally reasonable. It's been a regular place for our colleagues to stay here for the events that are happening in Medan.

The air in the room is humid, maybe because there are no windows...cleanliness is ok, the room lights are a bit dark...service is satisfactory...so far ok for that price...

Fantastic!!!! <3 <3 <3 A place that is very close to culinary / quite close to everywhere in the city, walking distance for food cravings, delicious local food, even in a fairly busy area, the hotel is comfortable and clean and not noisy. The staff is also very helpful. Well, here it is better to take a vehicle / local or online transportation when it is crowded, it is difficult to get parking, but overall the experiences are very good. There are many culinary places around the hotel with a variety of choices.

Location is OK Friendly Staff is OK Perhaps the attention to detail could be improved. When I entered the room, there was a rag on the desk, perhaps after cleaning, they forgot to bring it back. The water from the AC in front of the bathroom door also leaked quite badly. Within minutes, the water was quite heavy, with a disturbing dripping sound. However, I really respect the staff's promptness in fixing it. Overall, the hotel is comfortable enough to warrant a return visit. Thank you
