This is my first stay in Medan. Honestly, this was a ‘hidden gem’ because my friend said they never knew about this ‘new modern hotel’ of Ibis. The toilet was broken and they have great staff (really helpful & quick response). But for the FO, it needs more smiles & friendlier. :( Ambiance/Facilities: 9/10⭐ Food: 6/10⭐ Staff Assistance: 10/10⭐ Price: 8/10⭐ Location: 7/10⭐
