Everything was great, near the entertainment center.

Stayed for 2 days and amenities were no longer provided, had to be requested before they were provided.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel building has a classic feel so it's cool. Strategic location close to Cihampelas & Pasir Kaliki area. Recommended :)

Strategic location, neat room, only when you enter the room there is dust, maybe it hasn't been mopped again, but overall it's ok for that price. The hotel atmosphere is like an old money house from the Dutch era

First time staying here and it turned out to be very pleasant. The atmosphere around is cool. There are many food stalls nearby. In the hotel there is a cafe that serves room service. I bought chicken chop, nasi goreng kampung, and bala-bala. All delicious. There is a garden and a place to relax which is a smoking area. Because we are not comfortable with cigarette smoke, we chose to relax in the room. Got a room in the back corner. Very nice, not noisy with the sound of vehicles from the road. The facilities in the room are also okay. We stayed in a family room type. There is a bathtub, kitchen, dining room, and sofa to relax and watch TV. It was fun staying here. Hopefully if I come here again it will still be as pleasant as the first time. Thank you.

The staff was friendly and willing to help carry the suitcases, then seeing that the floor under the mattress was still dirty, they asked permission to sweep and mop again. Good job

Worth the price. It feels like staying at an old money grandma's house. Very happy that near the hotel there is Ant Bakery and a snack shop. The check-in process is fast and easy. There is a key deposit of 100 thousand.

The experience of staying 3 days 2 nights in Ottenvile was very comfortable, the atmosphere was like home, the staff was friendly, the security guard was also friendly. The fried rice was delicious, the price was affordable, the cafe atmosphere was also comfortable, the food was delicious.

Didn't have time to take a picture of the food. But overall. The coffee and fried rice were delicious.
