The hotel is cool, the service is friendly, the food is delicious, varied.. Access to everywhere is okay.. Near the mall too.. So it's nice.. Next.. Come here again.. Indeed, Bali always makes you want to come BACK 🥰

The location is excellent — about 30 minutes by taxi from the airport, just a 30-second walk to Kuta Beach, and 3 minutes on foot to Beachwalk Shopping Mall. However, most of the staff seem very young and inexperienced, almost like they’re part of a high school training program, so don’t expect much in terms of service. While the location deserves a 4-star rating, the service, breakfast quality, and facilities are more on the 3-star level. Even considering the high season, the hotel feels overpriced for what it offers beyond the location.

Strategic hotel close to Beach Walk mall, walking distance to it, if I go to Bali again, I will stay at Wyndham Garden Kuta hotel again 😍

Recommendation for those who want to stay in Kuta.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, right in front of Kuta Beach and within walking distance to Beachwalk Mall. Unfortunately, the breakfast was often cold. It was quite good but nothing special. There was a water leak from the ceiling in my room, but it was quickly repaired.

The facilities are okay, the staff is friendly, the rooms are okay. Unfortunately, the interests of the guests are not prioritized, instead, the interests of internal filming are prioritized. We have already parked and are told to move to the basement. We want to sit down for breakfast at the restaurant but are told to move because we want to film internally. Even though everything is okay.

the shower water is terrible. very slippery. food lacks taste. other rooms are under renovation so it spoils the view.

The old room, the sheets and towels were not white, they were more brown, when we checked in, there were lipstick marks and yellow stains on the bedcover, the shower had little water, the room gave the impression of being an old room, and from the past.

Those who gave bad stars for this hotel FIX don't believe it! OMG from the arrival of the receptionist very friendly even though the vocational school students are interns, welcome drink, big clean room, okay amenities, there is a chat facility in the check in book so no need to call to ask or request something. And the best of course is the LOCATION. the distance to KUTA beach is just in front of the eyes, no need to go far to the beach WOII..😍 plus close to the hotel there is a mall, pizza, etc.. cool beach walking.. With affordable prices, OMG this hotel is surely number 1 for me👍🤩

Because we checked in at night and the next day we were busy with activities until the evening again and checked out the next day, so we didn't get to explore the hotel much🤗

The room is good, the staff is friendly and helpful. We were escorted to the front of the room. They explained all the facilities in detail and clearly. Unfortunately the breakfast lacks variety, some traditional sweets have hard textures like my cake and bread pudding. The location is very strategic, if you want to go to Kuta Beach, just cross the street.
