The receptionist was very helpful. The staff was friendly. Luckily, we arrived early in the morning, before check-in time, so we were allowed to leave our luggage, and check-in was quick and smooth. It wasn't complicated, but there was a deposit required.

Best location.. I slipped and ended up in Malioboro. There are many food stalls in front of the hotel. The variety and taste of the breakfast menu could be improved. The cleanliness of the sheets, pillowcases, and towels could be improved (there were stains on the sheets and the towels were faded).
