- I was a bit confused by the unique name of the hotel. It's called Gino Feruci Hotel. On the front wall of the hotel, there's a stone that says "Hotel Express." The hotel theme song is played, but the name of the hotel is "Kagum Hotel."
- The staff was friendly and responsive, but unfortunately, they couldn't solve the problems we complained about:
1. Hot water in the bathtub. I complained it wasn't hot. A technician came and checked, but it still wasn't hot. Even the shower in the bathtub was broken, and they didn't know why, as there had been no previous reports.
2. The room's AC is a central air conditioner. I complained it wasn't cold even though the thermostat was set to 18°. A technician came and checked, saying it was dirty and the freon needed to be repaired. After repairing it, I was told to wait 15 minutes, but it still wouldn't cool. I called again, saying the thermostat was set to 18°, but the maximum temperature the central AC could produce was 24°. They told me to wait another 15 minutes. If it still wasn't cold, I was told to call again. But because we were too lazy, we didn't call again. Even when we checked out, there was still no change. Only air was blowing.
