This is my second stay at the Amaris Hotel, after my first in April 2026. It's a very comfortable hotel for a family getaway, very quiet. The service is fast and reliable, and check-in was quick and easy. Thank you to the Amaris Hotel and the staff for taking such good care of our family. 🙏🙏

The hotel's appearance and some of the room walls, especially those at the end, are dull and need repainting. I had a room at the end, and I think it needs more attention due to the ants. Other than that, everything, including the food, comfort, and so on, was quite satisfactory.

Some amenities were missing. - Only one pack of toothbrushes, even though there were two guests. - Only one hotel slipper. - The Exos fan in the toilet was broken. Pros: - Digital TV, plenty of entertainment options. - Clean room. - Clean toilet. - Cold AC. - Breakfast location offers a natural view (outside). - Strategic location from the city center. - Good Wi-Fi. - Convenient location.
