Family room 602. Clean, comfy easy check in but air conditioner got no remote control, so we all frozen 🤣 overall nice stay.

Clean, comfortable & easy access ,, but unfortunately at that time the car park was too far from the hotel ,, so it was not comfortable.

room access card always problem, I booked for family room when I want to check in it already full. I get the family room on day 2. room number 501 their aircond so terrible, in 12 pm when I prayer my body can sweat. the all staff very kind and helpfull but it can not denied fasility problem. the owner should improve and I can give 5 star because the price is steal.

My cousin left her charger. She did call the receptionist about it unfortunatelly the charger was taken. In this case if guest forgot their belonging the management should take action.

Must pay more reasons to add taxi tourists and others to 40 ringgit.
