Overall, everything was great, but we encountered staff with bad attitudes. Don't compare Indonesian guests with foreign guests. Don't assume that just because you bring small children, you can be arbitrary. To the staff named Frank/Frans at the restaurant during my stay, you were in charge as a greeter, please maintain your attitude. And one more thing as a hotelier, what guests need is a server/service, no matter whether your hotel is bad or good, your food is good or bad, but if your server is good and excellent, we as guests will always repeat and come back because we are comfortable with your server.
