From check-in, the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean, the food varied, and there was ice cream.

The hotel is old but well-maintained, and the rooms are very clean. The air conditioning is cold, and the water dispenser is always ready. It's definitely worth it. Furthermore, it's located close to the souvenir center and the city center.

The room is clean, the atmosphere is comfortable, the city view is also beautiful on the 10th floor

The staff is friendly, and yesterday's experience when we entered the room, there was a leak from the AC water and caused the floor to be flooded, and the maintenance suggested moving to a better room and we were given a new room.

It's also nice to stay here, not too far from Simpang Lima. There are many restaurants on both sides of the hotel, so if you want to eat, don't worry, the hotel food is also delicious. Room service is good. There are lots of food around, Indomaret, Mr DIY, hehe.. The basement parking is convenient, so your car won't get wet.

Okay, it's really great to stay here, it's really comfortable.

Friendly and very helpful staff

City center, close to malls, souvenir centers, Lawang Sewu, close to the station.

It's not a new hotel, but it's quite nice and comfortable. It's easy to find. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately, the food is bland, with some fried chicken dishes being tough, and the menu lacking variety. Hopefully, the breakfast options and flavors can be improved in the future. Thank you.

Alhamdulillah, my first experience staying at the Pandanaran Hotel was satisfying. The staff were friendly. When I entered the hotel, the room smelled delicious and fresh. The room was clean.
