Many food variations, comfortable hotel rooms, friendly staff.

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the location was strategically close to everything. Breakfast was quite good, but the AC was a bit noisy. Overall, I was satisfied and would return.

Stayed 2 nights, took a family room, old hotel but the room is spacious and clean, the only downside is probably the toilet, the water is a bit slippery but it's worth the price, there are many choices for breakfast and the taste is quite good, overall I'm quite satisfied staying here, oh yes, the swimming pool facilities should not be too strong with chlorine, after swimming my hands still smell of chlorine. The gym is just so-so, as long as it's there but it's good for working up a sweat

The staff are all friendly. At first check in, I was a bit disappointed because I booked a room with a double bed, but I got a twin. But after entering the room, my disappointment disappeared, because the room was quite spacious, clean, and fragrant. I could sleep comfortably and peacefully. Even more satisfying was the breakfast, the variety of food was wide. There were steamed menus, various traditional snacks such as talam cake, lemet, etc., various puddings, herbal drinks, porridge, even shabu, and all of them were delicious. And what was more fun was the ice cream corner and popcorn, my son went back and forth to get some. And for this child, he was charged 40 thousand rupiah. Will come back here again if I come back again

The location is very strategic. Simpang Lima and the souvenir center are within walking distance. The staff is friendly and cooperative. The breakfast menu, which includes main courses, bread, and traditional food stalls, is quite varied, and all taste delicious. The smoking area next to the restaurant is air-conditioned and offers an open view of Jalan Pandanaran. Another area in the lobby is also air-conditioned, and there's another area by the poolside gazebo. It's a great choice for families or business trips.

Nothing wrong with the service, staff was nice, meals are good. location was very strategic, but the facility needs to be renewed, like the old lcd TV should be replaced with smart tv, the closet's seat is already yellowing.

The food at the restaurant is delicious. You can pay using QRIS.

An old hotel that survives with rejuvenation but still maintains its characteristics, the hotel staff is friendly and meticulous with reservation details. The location is very strategic, close to culinary centers and tourist spots. Coffee, tea, sugar, water kettle and dispenser are provided (because Go-Green, there are no more drinking bottles) (-) The room floor is a bit sticky and the bath water makes the body slippery as well as the sink water. The mop could be more abrasive.

There is a children's pool, so it's safe.

I've stayed here twice, overall it's pretty good & will always be a choice when on vacation in Semarang.. There are only a few things that are a little lacking, the equipment in the gym is not well maintained, the bolts on the fitness equipment are loose & loose... there is only 1 ping pong ball and its condition is already broken, when we called to ask for a new ball, the officer said they would ask the management first & waited a long time but no officer came... The swimming pool floor is slippery, very dangerous, please pay attention... The breakfast is varied & all the tastes are delicious 👍👍👍👍

first entering the hotel parking lot was a bit skeptical because the atmosphere was dark and a bit cramped, but after entering the hotel the atmosphere immediately changed to bright like a 4 star hotel and what I like the most is the taste of the food which is delicious and complete compared to similar hotels, even my child likes it because there is an ice cream menu that hotels rarely provide. thank you Pandanaran Simpang Lima Hotel for the service from the hotel staff to the security, all are alert in serving visitors.
