good friendly service, very beautiful place, yesterday when I was there it happened to be fly season, it was difficult to eat, there should have been an indoor room for breakfast, so flies couldn't get in, so breakfast wasn't disturbed, but maybe when it wasn't fly season, breakfast was beautiful accompanied by a view of the lake and mountains.. otherwise everything was ok

it was amazing and the bed has the best pillows ever! we really enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back. Komang took very good care of us!

It was a great stay here with the best service from Bli Komang. The food was delicious and the resort atmosphere was comfortable. Just one note, the fly problem needs to be solved so that it doesn't disturb the guest's comfort.

The villa is an old building but still very well maintained. Mr. Komang is the best.

For that price, the room should have complete amenities.

Friendly Hotel Staff. With Mr. Komang who is on standby almost 24 hours if we need anything, just WA. The room is very spacious. The private pool is also spacious and deep with a depth of 1.5 M. It's really nice for us to swim. The only drawback is that there are a lot of fruit flies. But that's almost everywhere in Kintamani so it's understandable. The restaurant is also cheap and the view is the best.

Very satisfied staying at Villa Ayu Toya Devasya, the kids were happy, they could swim as much as they wanted, the service was friendly.

Swimming pool with warm water and Lighted shower that feels like a mini waterfall you can also request a floating For bf & friendly staff.

Many flies and the water is not hot

For a hotel that is 22 years old, it is good and quite well maintained. It's just that some of the bar chairs at the swimming pool were damaged and rusty and the slides were also rusty. The staff overall is very friendly and helpful, only some staff are not very welcoming to Indonesian (local) guests. When I just arrived and wanted to park, the first question was "local, right?". I understand that this place is also open only for recreation and has special prices and “special parking” for local guests. But you should also ask first whether the guest is staying overnight or just for recreation. But most of the staff are very kind and helpful, especially Mr. Komang, two thumbs up. Thank you very much Mr Komang. One more highlight, the food here doesn't fail, from street food to heavy food 👍🏼.

Perfect place to spend with family especially for kiddos, the room is clean, comfy. The weather is nice, all food price are affordable, definitely will come back again!

It's good, only the rooms have lots of mosquitoes and the breakfast doesn't have a variety of food, the soup isn't delicious, otherwise it's ok if you eat the flies come 🤦🏻‍ ♀ It's nice to soak in warm water here and the weather is cold.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean.

Everything is good here except coexistence with flies 😅 from the hotel there is absolutely no effort to control flies for "organic" reasons 🙈😆😅.

I stayed in honeymoon villa, thank God not for a real honeymoon, this hotel is getting dull and not well maintained, the whole floor is so dirty that it leaves footprints every time we walk on it, some doors cannot be locked because there is no key for it, the toilet seat seems dirty, furnitures and wooden floors start to squeak, the path to the villa is a bit underlit at night, and the most inconvenient is the unavailability of hot water for bathing because they rely on natural hot spring which turns out to be not too warm for the surrounding air, didn't have our breakfast because we wanted to check out ASAP, however the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Bli Komang The Butler. This hotel has potential if properly cared for and managed, but with its current condition it is definitely overpriced and has no value for money, won't be coming back for sure.

Very comfortable, top waiter, hotspring with a very good view.

Our private pool was green, the wall pull of moss, luckily we had free entrace to the spring water pools. Foods so so. Komang, was very helpful. Overall it is an OK property to come for a night to see something different.

Tempat yang sangat amat nyaman, indah, bersih, sejuk, senang sekali rasanya menginap di The Ayu Kintamani Villa at Toya Devasya, ke Kintamani Bali wajib banget nginap di sini, apalagi ditambah pelayanan yang sangat memuaskan dari Bli Komang, saya request surprise anniversary wedding untuk istri dan dekornya bagus sekali. Makasih Toya Devasya dan Bli Komang yang selalu kita butuhin atau perlu selalu fast respon
