Hotel staff do not treat incoming guests equally, facilities are inadequate, there are no solutions from hotel staff/staff, not friendly towards guests.

Strategic location close to Clarke Quay MRT station, Shared room toilet but okay for transit? The room only fits 1 person. If I go to Singapore, I will visit here again

Good location near the train station and restaurants. But the bathroom smells very bad and the electrical appliances in the room are in very bad condition. The room is not very clean.

Cheaper than the hotel's price in the surrounding area. Strategic location, near bus stop, MRT station, Chinatown. Also, the hotel vibe is quiet, good for sleep. Only deposit money is too much for the room, I think we can deposit 20 SGD, but we have to deposit 50 SGD.

Good value for money. Room though small is clean with tea/coffee making facility. Hotel location is just minutes walk away to the financial district passing through streets of bars, cafes and gourmet restaurants.
