not the room I asked for

The staff is friendly, only the area around the room and bathroom is dirty, many are damaged, like a hotel that has not been occupied for a long time, and it turns out the view and room are not like the photos. In front of the room facing the pool, many rooms are damaged and forced to be scary. Luckily staying with my husband and there were no sounds or apparitions.

There was no water at check-in and no water at checkout, the room smelled.

Friendly and smiling staff. In my bedroom, I felt water dripping on my feet while I was sleeping. I realized that with the rain, water had seeped through the roof and hot water was coming through the ceiling and soaking my bed.

On the balcony there is a mouse gnawing on the bedroom door and the room is dirty and full of dust.

The first day was really scary, couldn't sleep as if someone was watching, the AC died in the middle of the night, the AC and TV remotes had dead batteries, the towels were dirty. We were promised to move rooms but when we wanted to move, there were lots of excuses.

The check-in process is fast, if there is a problem with the bedroom, you can immediately communicate to change to another, more comfortable room.

When I checked in, the room was so dirty, I asked for a broom and swept it myself, like an abandoned hotel, the side rooms were broken and dirty, but the swimming pool was clean, comfortable for bathing, the toilet was okay, but it looked like it had never been maintained until there was a spider's house, but the water was smooth and there was warm water, I asked for towels but there were none, facilities such as soap and others were not available, the mattress made my body itch, it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time, the hotel was haunted, at night I was disturbed by a ghost, the bathroom locked itself from the inside and couldn't be opened even if I forced it, if I knocked on the door and asked permission from the ghost, the door would open, there was an apparition of a female demon, basically a creepy experience of staying there. But the employees were friendly. I didn't have time to take pictures of the many damaged and dirty rooms, because I wanted to check out so badly, at night my heart was racing and I hid under my blanket because of the ghost.

Ordered a double but got a twin. And the room was dirty. No soap and towels.

It's very bad, the room is dirty, dusty, smells musty, the bathroom is dirty, the walls are really yellow and crusty, the drain is also clogged, it takes a long time for the water to absorb. There are no tissues either. The staff were not fast, even though I asked for help cleaning the room but it wasn't cleaned.

The location of the hotel is very good in the middle of the city, the friendliness of the employees is okay, but the cleanliness of the bathroom, soap and air conditioning is not there, drinking water is also not provided.

The facilities and conditions of the hotel do not match those in the app photos, in fact the cleanliness is dirty, the pool is mossy and many of the facilities are damaged 🙏 very disappointed.

The room was damp, the AC wasn't cold enough, the toilet smelled a bit. Sob, even though this hotel used to be really good. Looks like there's a lack of maintenance, so that's how it is 🥲.
