Excellent, receptionist, cleaning staff, security staff, restaurant staff Good job "best greeting" also best service. MAINTAIN. For the swimming pool only, please help to maintain the cleanliness of the water from moss, the children's pool area is very dirty, thank you.

the atmosphere is calm, just sorry the toilet smells, hopefully more attention will be paid to cleanliness. the breakfast menu is not too much

The room had lots of spider webs, the sheets had lots of stains. But the staff were all friendly and nice. Hopefully it will sell even better

For a place to stay in a resort class with affordable prices, it is quite okay where the view is natural, it just seems to lack maintenance, from the swimming pool which has a dirty pool floor, there is no choice of breakfast/buffet only by order fried rice, complete rice and fried noodles, and the room area where the carpet has a damp smell so that it disturbs the comfort in the room.

The hotel location is very pleasant, to stay overnight, but far from shopping places, such as Indomaret, Alfamart, etc.

The hotel description is lacking, it feels a bit creepy, the staff is a bit unfriendly, the hot water is okay, the atmosphere is okay in the morning

This is my first time staying here and when I was about to sleep there was a gecko in the room, I was shocked because there were 2 geckos 😭 and I had to move rooms at 01.30 at night because I was afraid the gecko would fall from the ceiling. This is my first time staying at a guesthouse with a gecko. Please ask the hotel to always check the room carefully because my family and I are disturbed and have less sleep, the intention to go on vacation instead becomes uncomfortable to sleep and hopefully no other guests experience the same thing. Thank you

Very smelly toilet, broken showers, dirty floor, dirty carpets, Very poor maintenance. Booked for 2 nights and paid. Decided to stay only 1 night and prepare to forgo 2nd night. Will not recommend to any of my friends, relatives.

I like the peace and quiet at Gardenia, and love how close it is to the airport in Pontianak. The grounds are very nice and feel like a retreat from the hubbub of a city. An unusual feature is boardwalks throughout the resort as a means of getting from one place to another. There is convenient food service on the premises, and the food is very good and reasonably priced. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
