I've stayed here several times, and I've enjoyed the religious atmosphere, close to the mosque. It's also convenient for access to work. Perhaps the food could be improved with more variety.

The AC is not cold enough and cleanliness needs to be improved.

Good and always crowded hotel because people would like a hotel to be family-friendly. Also share. But the room needs more renovation to become more comfortable.

Everything is good, but there were a lot of mosquitoes, and the dusty bedroom made me cough.

Upgraded to executive because the deluxe was full. It's not bad to add a free pillow so it's not just two, hehe. But I forgot that Sofyan's hot water level is really low, hehe. And maybe because there are so many events, yesterday's breakfast was a mess. Wedang secang was cold, the buffet had no signs, and the chicken refills took a long time even though there were only a few people for breakfast.

The hotel staff, from the receptionist to the security guards to the cleaning staff, were all friendly. The rooms were comfortable. It was close to the Cut Meutia Mosque. There was a Quran recitation channel on the TV. There was a Quran and a prayer mat in the room, thank God. Best wishes to Hotel Sofyan.

The staff is friendly. The room had lots of ants on the table, probably because the previous person had eaten chocolate and it wasn't tidy up because there was a beng-beng wrapper under the table, even though we had just arrived. The bathroom was small and the water spray was small, I had discussed it with the operator but no one seemed to notice. But the food was delicious even though there was little variety, especially for breakfast in the morning, they gave me balado chicken which the kids didn't eat. It was delicious and the price was cheap. Easy access to where I was going and easy access to the ATM too. Thank you.

The hotel's strategic location, close to the KRL and busway stations, offers numerous culinary options open late into the night. The hotel's surroundings are impressive, with a beautiful and safe environment, with access to the historic mosque just a short walk away. The hotel's service is excellent, cleanliness is maintained, and coincidentally, the 2026 World Cup final was held, so guests and staff were provided with a dedicated viewing room.

Nice and friendly staff close to Cut Mutia Mosque.

The room was very cool, and the bed was comfortable. Even if you request an extra bed at night, it's still well-serviced. The shower head is a bit uncomfortable when it sprays on your skin, which could be improved.

Check-in and check-out were easy. The location is very close to the Cut Meutia Mosque and Gondangdia Station, making it easy to find delicious food. It's also close to TIM and Gambir Station.

Staycation with family after visiting PRJ. On Monday, we had a work event, so we stayed at Sofyan. The hotel is old but well-maintained. I'd recommend replacing the mattress, as it's sagging. The shower isn't powerful enough, but it's just hot enough.

The location is very strategic near the mosque and there are many food stalls around the mosque.
