The location is still lower down, so it's quite open and closed. The cottage is super large, so don't hesitate to add an extra bed, perfect for family gatherings with the office and friends. What needs improvement is the landscaping and public area maintenance. Because it's so spacious and shady, it requires extra effort. But so far, it's impressive, and I'd definitely stay here again if the event suits me.

The villa is clean, the kitchen is safe and quite complete, when the gas and water gallons run out, the response is fast to deliver them, the hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, the atmosphere is shady with lots of pine trees & it is comfortable to walk around in the hotel area which is quite spacious.

It's been a long time since I've been here, and I just stayed here again this month. The service hasn't changed, it's still great. The villa and other facilities are well maintained and clean, and all the staff are very friendly 👍

accidentally broke a mug, charged too much 100 thousand / mug, even though from the beginning of the entry there was no information on how many glasses, plates and spoons there were, no information if broken items etc. were charged, but I was honest when my child accidentally broke a glass, I was immediately told there would be a fee and was immediately given a nominal 100 without negotiating etc. and was not given a receipt for broken items, previously we were asked to meet with the manager because of the mug and we waited but he didn't come, we asked where the manager was, the information was the manager was off, when I left a gold item, I called the hotel for a long time and they said they were still looking for it, when we returned to the hotel it turned out the manager was there, he served the return of my left item and apologized for the mug, wifi error etc. we didn't complain .. for the next time to be more aware of providing clear information before something happens ..

This is my third visit. My family is happy to stay here. Hopefully, we can spend the New Year in Jambuluwuk in December, amen.

I happened to get a room with a kitchen, but the smell of the kitchen made me lose my appetite. There was also no mat in the bathroom, and breakfast wasn't very comprehensive. There were activities inside the hotel, but many were closed, probably because it was a weekday rather than a weekend.

Those looking for solitude here are in the perfect place, although the night is a bit creepy but the atmosphere in the morning is good. A bit disappointed that the hotel was blocked.
