We understand that you booked a Harris Deluxe Room with King Bed through the application and arrived around 1:00 PM. We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience in waiting until the official check-in time of 2:00 PM. Therefore, we understand your disappointment when the room was not ready after 2:00 PM, and you had to wait again until approximately 2:30 PM, and finally the room was ready after 3:00 PM. Such a situation certainly does not meet the expectations and standards of service we strive to provide to all our guests. While there are room preparation procedures that need to be completed before a room is ready for guests, we understand that delays after the official check-in time can be resolved with better communication, clearer information, and offering assistance or alternative options so that guests do not feel like they have to wait for an extended period.
