I forgot to ask for my ID card when checking out, the front desk officer didn't even give me my ID card, when I was near the Dumai toll gate (23 km from the hotel) when I stopped at a minimarket I just realized it, I called the hotel and confirmed that I had left my ID card, I went back to the hotel to get it, the hotel officer argued that there were no notes from the previous officer, there was no apology.
