#LetMeTellYouAStory staying here feels safe, comfortable, peaceful. The hotel is located in the city center and not far from the beach, if you want to go anywhere, just call gr*b there. The room is spacious and okay for a long stay in this area, the food is overall okay, one thing I like is the waffle, it has become a benchmark in food for me, then there is a swimming pool that is quite good to use in free time, the hotel staff are all friendly, thanks.

The hotel rooms are clean, the swimming pool is safe for children, the hotel staff is friendly, and especially the car park is spacious, so it is highly recommended to book.

All is good, there is only one thing that makes it uncomfortable, Grand Zuri employees when having breakfast, join the hotel residents to take breakfast on the same plate and in the same place. Suggestion is that the time and place should be separated too, thanks.

Disappointed. I left my tws (bluetooth earphones) on the bed but the hotel didn't give me any information. I just realized I left my tws behind when I was home 🥲 I remember it clearly on the bed. Last year I also had an unpleasant experience... but I won't tell it here. The breakfast tasted good.... it was quite good and the room was also quite spacious (no windows). I also chose this hotel because there was a swimming pool for kids and family. Btw, the price for breakfast was 125k.

Every time I go to Dumai I stay at Grand Zuri Dumai. At this time the staff said it was fully booked so of the 2 rooms I booked, one had no window. However, the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff were impressive. Hopefully I can stay again someday when I return to my childhood city

Complete, if you stay here you must go to the gym or swim. The thin healing is paid off by going to the gym and swimming. The price is not too expensive, close to everywhere.
