Clean, friendly, accessibility. Will come back to stay.

The hotel is nice, clean, and the staff is friendly. I got a room on the 21st floor, no. 2101, and the view is top-notch. It's very close to Novena MRT, on the B3 floor.

We had the pleasure of spending 3 nights at the beautiful OASIA hotel in Singapore. The food, hospitality of all the staff and very pleasant hotel room and abundant services - all exceeded our expectations. Sincere thanks.

Love this place. Located strategically to malls and MRT. The staff is very accommodating and solutions-oriented. Since I arrive in the morning and my flights are late evening, the staff allows me to do check-ins and provide check-out extension. This is very much appreciated. I also love the club breakfast. Love they have club activities, which unfortunately I cannot join due to schedule. Will come back for sure and try the club activities.

We chosed this hotel because of its location within walking disctance to Mt E Novena. We wanted to extend our stays for 2 more nights here but my husband booked the wrong month, same date. May instead of april and we have paid for those 2 nights. After waiting for almost full day, the hotel did not want to cooperate and did not accomodate to change our booking to the extended 2 nights that we needed. Very very very bad service for Far East Hospitality group. No room for error and no mercy.

A great location and spacious room:)

Cleanliness is not well taken care of. There are tissue trash in the elevator that has not been cleaned for 2 days, then the bathroom toilet smells a bit like urine and has not been properly looked after and cleaned. But overall it is still quite comfortable to stay at this hotel

The room is so clean. Hotel staff is helpful. We are nit having the breakfast so cannot tell about it. Location are good as it is located near a small mall which have a lot of good restaurant. Located also near train station as well (few meters only from the hotel)

Had the best time staying here! the location is just perfect connecting to Novena Square 2 and ViVo City also the MRT! The room is clean and spacious enough for a family of three. Got a bathtub in my bedroom and they did give us a connecting room as I requested before. The staffs are friendly and easy to talk to. Overall I'll give this hotel 9,5/10! nice hotel, located right above Novena MRT Station with underground access. easy to go to anywhere via MRT. clean room, well maintained. has been my first option when visiting Singapore
