nice area, staff have good manners, good food for breakfast, the location is perfect for staying

Good location, near to the beach.

Quite a pleasant experience during my stay, maybe what needs to be improved: 1. Car parking, the parking location is quite far and parking is limited, there is no guard to help arrange parking. Maybe valet service can be added so that it can be parked. 2. For the bathroom, the shower can use a booster so that the water is strong. Because the water is slow, it is enough for a shower but it doesn't feel good. 3. I took a room, which has another additional room at the top, maybe the access up can be considered so that it is not too steep to go up to the upper room. 4. The swimming pool can be earlier, because if it is only used at 9 o'clock it will be too late. 5. Please have a shower rinse in the swimming pool area. 6. The lighting in the room is minimal, at least add a work lamp on the table if not, because like yesterday bringing a laptop it was a bit difficult to light up. 7. For the others there are no obstacles, the food is delicious and plentiful. It is rare for a hotel to have cappuccino coffee at breakfast.

All hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, starting from security, front office, restaurant staff, maintenance staff, all are friendly and smiley. My husband also got a birthday cake when we had breakfast. Highly recommended

We love the hotel ambience, food and the duplex room is unique. There is supermarket near the hotel also. Great location.

The hotel staff is very friendly & explained the hotel facilities and services available. I only stayed for 1 night, but so far it's been fun. It's not noisy at night. There's a special pool for children too. The location is in the middle, so you can still access it on foot if you want to go around the Sanur area.

perfect... All staff really nice and helpfull my 3rd kids having an awsome Birthday suprise from 101 sanur 🤍🤍 amazing experience.. the pool really nice and wide.. all was perfect, you can refill the water bottle as much as u want, much cafe and market around,, the breakfast have a lot juice and milk.. I can mix my coffee with oat milk. I will back as soon as possible ... thanks a bunch 101 Sanur..

The hotel is nice, suitable for families, the environment is cool, clean and comfortable, the staff are very kind and friendly... but unfortunately the parking for domestic tourists is not friendly from the hotel room which I happened to take a duplex room towards the parking lot like climbing a hill down a valley.. have to hike and far and go through alleys... please pay attention again because it's a shame that the parking is really not in accordance with the hotel service which is already very good and the hotel is very family friendly

The atmosphere in Sanur is really nice, there are no traffic jams anywhere and Hotel 101 is fun.

Great service, great staff Staycation with family and we chose Pool Access Room such a best decision ever. This hotel is strategic location. It is walking distance to the beach and Icon Bali. Dont worry they have shuttle too
