Love this hotel accessible to favourites places. Spacious hotel room & comfortable. Friendly staff.

Friendly and helpful staff Check in process

-Very strategic area, walking distance -Spacious & comfortable room -There is an iron in the corridor -The hotel provides breakfast -Tea, coffee & mineral water provided -What is not attractive is that the hotel does not provide parking, there is only public parking. Make sure to pay for parking on time from 8am-6pm. If you are a little late, you will be summoned by the council. Disappointed at 8.01am, you have been summoned by the council.

Every night there is a night market under the hotel which provides a variety of choices at reasonable prices and most importantly no need to drive. The hotel location is also strategic because it is close to several tourist attractions, only a slight lack of parking as there is no special place owned by the hotel.

Breakfast meal is okay. But I put Great because the staff there is good. The guy during check in and the lady during check out are the best. Just smile. Everyone else just smiles. 👍

Everything OK but the desk clerk was not friendly at all. We arrived at 3.30pm 26.1.22. He should not be working in the hotel industry.

Water logging in the shower and the heater was going off and on!

No bad parking and elevators.

The hotel is good, but there is no parking. Besides, the breakfasts are really disappointed. Just plain fried rice with sambal, bread & jam. Need to improve your meals.

Negative comments 1) The hair is messy and dirty 2) The room is dull and dull 3) The sheets are not clean. 4) Suction cushions 5) Side table with sharp edges (hazardous for children) 6) Suction room 7) Breakfast has no choice. Positive comments 1) There is a food truck in front of the hotel at night. It's lively and easy to find.

Hotel was just nice and clean.The reception was alright and breakfast was just basic but still ok. The only problem was parking space. What was used to be a parking lot now turns out to become food truck centre until 12 midnight. You need to find your own parking by the roadside.

Overall, it is acceptable for a hotel of this level. Things that should be improved dramatically are Breakfast not much to choose from. And parking spaces should also be available for customers

The room smells of smoke, indeed xbest mcm thun otherwise, towels even for x clean.

Good, there's breakfast too. There is a food bazaar in front of the hotel.
