The staff made the mistake of issuing a new room key (double key) to a new guest after we had already checked in. A fatal mistake, especially since it was late at night when I was resting.

The request for late check out at Amaris Hotel Ambon was less responsive. Even though I had stayed for 3 days. Late check out at 1 pm was very difficult, finally had to extend another day. The one receptionist staff was very friendly, the lady was very quick to respond to the AC repair in the room even though we met her in the hallway while she was monitoring on the 5th floor and asked for help checking the AC in the room. When I wanted to check out, I met the lady. She was always smiling. Sorry, I forgot her name. For FO, it would be better to have more friendly staff like this, not those who are not friendly to guests.

The hotel's Wi-Fi is sometimes slow, and the room's AC isn't cold enough. I'd like to extend my stay at the hotel for three days, but even a late check-out of 1 PM is incredibly difficult. Please improve the service (maintenance) and the friendliness of the hotel staff.

The service was quite good, but the staff response was very slow. Amaris Hotel Ambon, as part of the Santika Group, needs to improve its service even further.

The food is delicious, there are many variations on the breakfast menu. The room is good, but the telephone in the room doesn't work. I contacted the receptionist but it wasn't fixed.
