The staff was very kind and helpful, but my stay was disappointing. The first room had a strong smell of urine in the bathroom, and despite my complaints, I was told no room change was possible. After insisting, I was finally moved. On the last night, I found an invasion of small bugs, even in my bed. A very unpleasant experience despite the friendly staff.

The worst room I've ever had in Bali, the door was broken, the bathroom was dirty, the mattress smelled, not worth it for that price, the mattress was often bad and the middle was empty, it would have been better to use an Oyo or RedDoorz hotel instead.

Room quality depends on the price, just don't be expected too much

The hotel staff is friendly and can leave your luggage before check-in. The room is dark and eerie, the floor is sticky, the bathroom is large and scary, the mirror is broken, there's no hot water, the refrigerator smells bad, and the Telkomsel and XL networks are poor. There's no bed cover, just a sheet. The TV is a good smart TV. The room has a pair of chairs in the room and a pair on the terrace. Close to Icon Mall Bali.

It feels like staying in a 5-star hotel, it's really cool, the facilities are complete + the location is strategic, and the room is really comfortable, man.

For this price, it's relatively cheap and okay for backpackers. Just choose a medium spring mattress, at least; it feels like a 500,000 rupiah mattress. Also, the bathroom is minimal; if there's any crust, scrub it with Porstex, as the water often turns off and on.

The hotel's location is very strategic, the room is very uncomfortable, there are lots of mosquitoes, the bathroom is dirty, the toilet seat is dusty, it's possible the room has never been used before, but the room smells good even though the items seem old-fashioned, there is a TV and a large refrigerator, hopefully in the future there will be improvements to the rooms which are considered old-fashioned.

The bathroom is dirty and smelly, the mattress is also uncomfortable. Even though I ordered a superior room, the mattress is uncomfortable, let alone a standard room. What is the condition? Was I given the wrong room? I was in the upper room of the old building, building C.

We got a comfortable, spacious, and clean room. The entire staff was very friendly, the room was cleaned daily, and the service was excellent. There are many restaurants nearby and it's very close to the beach.

Unsafe, Dirty, and Completely Misrepresented – Avoid at All Costs! I booked Abian Srama Hotel & Spa, Sanur through Traveloka and it was the worst hotel experience of my life. The photos on Traveloka’s listing are completely fake compared to reality. When I arrived, I found: • Filthy and dangerous conditions – mold inside pillows, stained and torn bedding, dirty curtains and furniture • The room smelled rotten and clearly had not been cleaned in months • Towels and sheets looked like they had never been washed • Unhygienic bathroom with grime and stains everywhere This property is unsafe for guests and should be removed from Traveloka immediately. I have photo evidence of every detail and will be sharing it with the Ministry of Tourism and health authorities. The hotel owner wife and manager of the property - Ratih doesn’t pick up incoming call from the Traveloka. Traveloka has still not processed my refund, only sending automated replies. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of responsibility in verifying the properties they sell. If you value your health, safety, and money – DO NOT BOOK this place.

The upper deluxe room is spacious and quite clean. All the furniture needs to be revised because it's already worn out. The bathroom is still usable but definitely needs renovation, it's not very comfortable. The staff is okay. The location is strategic, 200 meters from Sindhu Beach, 10 meters from Sanur Market, and 200 meters from Icon Bali Mall. Good price for the standard of the room. Good.

It was totally worth it to get room 37B, and it had hot water. I didn't expect it to be this good. Everything was clean, and the room was cleaned daily.
