The condition of the room is very worrying.

Very disappointing, bad room and there is an additional fee of 40 thousand per day.

Uang saya tidak d kasih kembali karena pihak tidak menerima pesanan lewat aplikasi traveloka.

Adanya tambahan biaya ketika booking kamarnya lewat aplikasi.

Tambahan 40rb = uang administrasi. Pelayanan tidak memuaskan (apabila tidak mau membayar uang administrasi, diminta untuk cancel order di aplikasi) kasur kotor. Seluruh lantai kamar (wc dan area tidur) licin sekali. Kamar mandi remang-remang. AC tidak dingin.

Lokasi tidak menjamin kenyamanan, niatnya mau nyari ketenangan buat kerja laporan, dua kali ganti kamar. Semua zonk. Ada kecoa. Fasilitas TV, telpon, AC rusak, shower rusak, sikat gigi shampo tidak ada, seperti bukan hotel, receptionis kurang ramah. Red flag. Kalaupun ada pelatihan di sini lagi nggak akan mau biar gratis.

Harga termasuk mahal dengan pelayanan parah, kamar AC mati, tidak dingin sampe 3 jam ditungguin ternyata rusak, dipindah ke kamar baru pun sama juga AC dingin minimal, ruangan pengap gorden seprei nambak berdebu saya masuk inap langsung bersin-bersin, kamar mandi ada kecoak, tikus suara di plafon kedengaran, seprei kotor jorok gatal-gatal badan saya karena seprei ga dicuci, lantainya lengket karena ga pernah di pel, pas kami keluar housekeeping hanya nampak beresin sepreinya (ga diganti baru) padahal kan tamu baru mau masuk, sampe aku tanya kenapa ga ganti sepreinya, katanya tunggu nanti di pasang (tapi kok si Mbak sama si Mas udah merapikan seprei seperti ready dipakai? Wah bener-bener nih parah banget masa pake seprei sisa bekas orang) seprei yang kupakai aja ada bekas s*****nya kelihatan. Kalau pemirsa lain cari hotel murah misal dapet harga 250 mending cari penginapan murah homestay saja di sana lebih bersih dan terawat.

Mattresses and pillows have lots of stains, AC & buttons don't work properly, floors are wavy.

The reception was not friendly, the room was dirty, the floors were used like plastic floors like a house, the sheets and blankets were not suitable for use, the mattresses had been broken and had been aged. Then the room doesn't include mineral water, you have to add 20 thousand to redeem mineral water. No recommended.

Kamar pengap, tembok kamar kotor, selimut juga kurang bersih.

The room needs to be repaired, especially on the plastic mat nails, nail heads appear on the floor, which is dangerous if they hit your feet.
