The service is okay, immediately met the owner and friendly, close to Mercure Sanur.

Sangat buruk, pelayanan tidak ramah, kamar bau, air bekas mandi tidak bisa masuk ke lubang pengeluaran dengan lancar sehingga lantai selalu basah dan licin, ada ulat masuk ke kamar, tidak disedikan air mineral, AC mati diganti kipas angin tidak sesuai di aplikasi, tempat tidur goyang goyang. Sangat sangat tidak direkomendasikan.

I get room after 6 pm and room what I was order its not available any more and I need to pay extra for upgrade room. this is very bad!!

Big room, cold aircon, great cable tv. Good value all round.

Comfortable, friendly, despite the old building.
