It's great to come here. Next time I will bring my family here again. My children love this kind of place. I'm happy even though I came for 3 days and 2 nights. I really recommend coming here. From check in to check out, the staff service there is the best. The breakfast there is the best. The best memories ☺️

Good experience with the hotel. Nearby theme park. The food also were so good and delicious.

The front office staff were excellent, especially Jit and the rangers. My mum has trouble walking to the restaurant, but the rangers use a vehicle to shuttle her to and fro for the 3 days we stayed.

For small family, i suggest to stay here since its just walking distance and you get free night park tickets. Check in at 4pm, went to petting zoo and waterpark. Went there during peak season so yeah so many people but already expected that. No need to queue and it saves a lot of time for us.

Good experience n comes with the free night park entrance .Is just the shower water pressure is too low n very simple breakfast.

I really love the fact that it’s walking distance from the Sunway Lost World Tambun! The staff are super nice, they were able to let us check-in a bit earlier, so we can put our luggage in the room before spending the day in the theme park! We also received discount vouchers to the theme parks and spa, really convenient! And the free pass for night park was really nice, so we can get back to the hotel if we wanted to—then come back to the night park for free. Night Show is a MUST SEE! It was perfect and entertaining. It was quite a nice experience, I would definitely consider to be back again 😊

The room is spacious and clean. Aircond can be set to low and high. Functioning well. Choice of breakfast also is not bad. Everything is delicious. We had free tickets to Hot Spring for two. Added 1 more ticket for child with 25% discount.

Good experience here at Lost World of Tambun. Good location and easy to access. Friendly staff. But for the room, wifi quality is bad.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the theme park and we got a free night pass for every night we stayed. Parking was plenty but quite far from the lobby if the parking is full. The staff at the counter was very friendly and recommended us how to plan our night pass entry. We are staying as a couple, so the room is already comfortable for us because we spent most of our day in the theme park. However, I was unable to use the Wi-Fi. The bathroom is okay, but there is no window in the room, so it feels a bit stuffy. Also got a room with the theme park view and managed to view the new year fireworks! Breakfast was quite simple, but it was okay for me, tasted good, and had some differences for different days. I really love the ambiance and decorations. The hotel building looks like a rundown from the outside (I guess because the theme is lost world), but the insides are quite decent. Despite getting in the hotel with wet clothes, I don't smell musty carpet in the lobby nor the elevator. Thank you for the hospitality!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Lost World Hotel in Sunway Lagoon, Malaysia. The experience was fantastic, and the atmosphere was beautiful.
