The staff is friendly so far. At first, I asked for a deposit with my ID card, but I couldn't, as I've always been able to do at other hotels. The faucet leaked a bit when I tried to turn on the shower. But overall, it was okay.

This is a go-to hotel when visiting Medan. It's centrally located, close to everything. The hotel's facilities are quite comprehensive. A spa and entertainment venue are also located within the complex.

I like staying at the Lake Toba Hotel, it's nice and comfortable, there's a swimming pool.
