The hotel is integrated with a mall, it is very clean, the staff is polite and the hotel area is clean and fragrant, and when you get to the room it is clean and tidy, everything is according to the color of the room, it makes you miss it, and the breakfast has a variety of menus and the taste is really delicious, it makes you feel at home. Come on guys, don't miss staying here.

The hotel is very nice, strategic because it is attached to the mall, clean and comfortable, the food is very varied, I like it. Sorry I didn't take many photos because I was too busy with the kids. But it is highly recommended

One area with the mall. The room is compact but still comfortable, the breakfast is quite varied, the staff are quite friendly. It's just a shame that not all rooms have a good view of Bandung city, I have requested a mountain view but didn't get it 😁

The access to the mall is not very comfortable if there are no activities because the lobby is located at the back of the mall and there is not enough lighting, so it feels uncomfortable and you have to change lifts....the security guards and hotel staff are not very friendly.

It's a wonderful experience one night at Harris Hotel Festival Citylink, the receptionist had good service. I requested an extra bed and it was prepared well. The breakfast menu had too many choices and all of them tasted good. Thanks.

Check in was served by a staff named Eddy for a very long time, 1 person almost 15-20 minutes. The food variety is quite a lot, but the dining area is very limited.
