Easing good expectations on this room

My first time here. The room was just nice in terms of size. Toilet and all are the same, beyond my expectation. The plus point here is the location. Surrounding is ok but being in the city center, it is not as ambient as you can imagine. Outside of the hotel is an opposite of the hotel. The authority should do something about the homeless around the hotel at night and during early morning. Other than that, it is recomended.

Citrus Hotel is the best hotel to stay if planning to and from Singapore, just 5 minutes walking to JB CIQ. All the front reception was very good, my sincerely thank you to En. Putera, where he made our check-in fast and smooth as we are rushing to catch our train to SG. And thank you so much Mr. Eswaran for a great and good breakfast. Ohhh ya, the room was cleaned everyday during our stay for 4 days 3 nights. Parking just paid RM15 per day with security. My family was very happy and surely will stay in the same hotel again and again.

The room is very spacious. Booked a family room from the app (1 queen bed 1 small bed). When checking in, I got a free upgrade so I got 2 large beds on the 5th floor. Perfect for a family with 2 teenagers. Lots of TV channels. There is a window view. The room is spacious. There is still 1 long sofa. The bathroom is also spacious + there is a hairdryer. The room is clean but under the bed is dirty The location is far from the Larkin bus terminal, but close to the JB check point. You can walk. If you bring a large suitcase, it's better to wait for the mall to open before crossing to Singapore. The hotel location is close to a laundromat + places to eat. There are places to eat near the hotel that are open 24 hours. Near a minimarket too. There is a delicious claypot place to eat.

Last minute we booked the hotel. We never took the hotel before, but the last minute was taken, but we feel free and very comfortable with ours.

1 night stay here, with a reservation without breakfast. It was pleasant, the location of the hotel made it very easy for us to take the train to Woodland to Singapore, the hotel is very close to the mall, and finding a place to eat is also easy, there are many delicious roadside eateries around the hotel.

I left my jacket and shirt, still contacted the hotel, hope they keep it until my next trip going there.

Very strategic, environment for male pedestrians and affordable places to eat

Bought it at a high price of 1.4 million per night so it's not really worth it. The bidet shower jet is not smooth and clogged, for a good location. The nasi lemak food is okay.

close to the karat bazaar, not difficult to find food

The location is very strategic near everywhere, the CI-CO process is easy, the room is not too big but the facilities are quite complete and clean. The only thing lacking is the breakfast, almost all of them are bland, instant juice drinks and need additional flavors for some food menu variants.

Friendly staff, I booked 4 rooms, then I was going to Singapore and wanted to leave my bag at the reception but was offered early check in 1 room to put a lot of luggage from the group, very nice. The food is also quite delicious, close to JB Central, only 4 minutes away.

Location close to jb square, seggate bridge and many choices of food places. Recommendation so far.
