Nice hotel. The service was very bad due to the receptionist's mistake in giving the room, at night at 1.00 am while sleeping on the phone and told to move rooms. Finally with annoyance brought 3 children to move rooms. And the most annoying without saying sorry. 😡😠😤😮 ‍ 💨.

Pesan 2 kamar, minta kamar yang atas bawah atau bersebelahan atau atas bawah, karena berombongan, ternyata tidak dipenuhi. Meskipun nomornya berurutan, 202 & 203, ternyata kamar satunya masih harus memutar. Kurang akomodir untuk muslim dengan tidak adanya penanda arah kiblat di setiap kamar. Menu sarapan kurang beragam dan makanan tidak diberi label nama makanan sama sekali, sehingga kami harus bertanya apakah daging yang disajikan babi atau non babi. Menginap 2 hari, pada hari pertama kami meminta kamar dibersihkan, benar dibersihkan, dirapikan, tapi ternyata air minum dalam botol tidak di refill kembali (Resort menyediakan botol air refill, bukan air mineral kemasan sekali minum). Tidak ada playground untuk anak. Check in cepat, suasana menyenangkan, bersih, dengan tanaman yang menyegarkan, tenang, lokasi dekat kemana-mana, staf hotel ramah.

The hotel is comfortable and easy to find food from the hotel, the staff is friendly and very helpful.

The place is nice, comfortable, and most importantly there is a parking space. The rooms are comfortable, spacious. Nice stay here.

The villa is nice, clean too, got breakfast, very complete, there is fruit, juice, fried rice, all fresh, great 👍.

The rooms are spacious, the atmosphere is calm, our family is satisfied. Only for breakfast, please give me the identity of meat which is prohibited for Muslims because visitors must be Muslims.

the location is very good, easy to go strolling around with walk. I love my unit with 2 bed rooms also. the table at bathroom too high for us. overall its nice stay here.I love the chair they put at in front our unit villa.

The hotel is quite comfortable only the room facilities are not good

Strategically, near the monkey forest and many restaurants around the hotel, there is a car park. Comfortable room and nice design. unfortunately there are no room slippers. It's just that at the time of check-in (it was around 18), my room key had been given to another guest who happened to come before me. When I saw my hotel booking voucher, the receptionist realized that he gave the wrong key (so the guest had booked 2 rooms before he was given 3 rooms). Please receptionist more carefully check the booking code.
