The room is really dirty, sis, the bedsheets are also dirty, there are stains and there is still a lot of hair as if they haven't been changed, the bed, table and floor are dirty, they haven't been wiped or mopped, the bathroom mat is also dirty, the towels are rough, the rest are okay, please pay attention to the cleanliness because the price is not cheap, under the TV table is also really dirty

Stayed 2 nights here, good facilities, affordable price and located in the city center.

Tempatnya mudah diakses. Dekat dengan daerah Rasuna Said. Deket alfamart dan beberapa toko. Proses check in & check out cepat, bisa late check in & check out. Kamar bersih dan nyaman. Service oke. Overal, good. Cuman untuk soundproof masih kurang. Haven't tried the food, but if I have any business around Rasuna Said I'd definitely book the room here.

The room is quite good, there is a refrigerator and microwave, the AC is quite cold, non-smoking and there is no one smoking outside 👍 it just needs a touch up because the walls are peeling off. No sandals, only 1 toothbrush was given. The outside looks like it's dusty because it's under renovation, the palm trees in the lobby are also dusty.

the closet is dirty... I have asked for it to be cleaned but it hasn't been cleaned either. the receptionist is not very friendly and doesn't smile

The hotel staff were not very friendly and the security did not greet them back when greeted, they pretended not to see the guests who came.

Came for a staycation, when entering the security was very unfriendly, not greeted, asked for parking just told to go inside without being directed. Even though the conditions were quiet, there was only 1 car going out. Security just stood still. The water heater in the bathroom was not working and the smell of cooking came into the room.

The location and service are pretty good. Just a note, during the renovation period which is still ongoing from 2024 to 2025, I suggest you don't sell rooms on the 3rd floor and 3A floor, it's really disturbing from the sound of the renovation above. Unfortunately, the video cannot be attached so you can judge how noisy the sound of the renovation is.

Everything is okay, but yesterday the hotel was undergoing renovations so the sound was a bit disturbing, thank you.

the hotel is good.. easy to access... in the middle of the city.. only the breakfast is so-so

Overall good regarding the building, cleanliness and service. Only there is an automatic alarm (noisy sound of the workers' activities) 😁. The sound of building repairs penetrates the room so I can't rest anymore in the morning until noon.

Amenities I was given 2 shampoos, no soap. The wet towel was still folded. No bottled water.

Hotel close to LRT Rasuna Said station, close to mall too, in the surrounding area there are many food and laundry. The streets are busy and safe even if you come home at 10 o'clock and above

Stayed two nights at the hotel, from the first time we arrived, we met the parking attendant/security guard until we left, let alone greet or greet, we didn't even smile. The cleaning staff and restaurant staff never smiled, let alone greet us. Even the elevator was silent. I'm not being respectful, but it would be nice if we met people at least to smile. The hotel facilities are as stated in the star hotel. For breakfast, it's better if we don't have breakfast, because there are many culinary choices around the hotel.

Water pressure was a bit low, but still doable so maybe 5.5 out of 10. The bedsheets were stained.
