The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful.

Dirty sheets. Smelly pillows. Toiletries had to be requested before being given. Breakfast: hard fried rice, hard fried noodles. That's it, and nothing more.

The rooms are immaculately clean, with amenities provided upon request. The hotel's location is strategic, on the roadside and quite close to Malioboro. The breakfast menu is quite tasty and varied. All staff, from the receptionist to the restaurant staff, are helpful. Food can be warmed up for free. Price: Quite expensive, but reasonable considering the hotel's strategic location.

Very cool, delicious food, just walk to Malioboro Street, there are also many food choices outside the hotel.

The hotel's location is quite strategic, close to Tugu Station and Malioboro. Check-in was easy, and the staff was friendly and very helpful when asked for anything.

It's good. The only downside is the toilet, which takes a long time to fill with water, so you have to wait for the water to fill up before you go to the toilet.

It's about a 550-meter walk to Malioboro Road, which is relatively convenient. But the room's air conditioning was quite noisy, the breakfast was so-so, and I forgot my razor, but the hotel couldn't provide one. Overall, I'd rate it as average.

Recommended if you go to Jogja, come here again.

I received a room upgrade during my stay at Ibis Styles Hotel Malioboro Jogja. It's close to everything, easily accessible on foot or by Grab.

We had to wait over an hour to check in. My family and I checked in at 3:00 PM, which wasn't a busy time. We'd confirmed the addition of an extra bed the morning of, hoping the room would be ready upon arrival. But we had to wait a long time. The front desk didn't even apologize. When we checked in, the room was still being cleaned. It was a bit of a relief, as the facilities were quite enjoyable for children.

We came to Jogja to participate in the Jogja marathon. Our check-in period was June 20th and check-out was June 22nd. The room we booked was probably an old one, so it needed quite a bit of renovation. Some of the bathroom glass stickers were peeling off, the bathroom flush had to call the staff twice due to malfunction, and the sink area looked old-fashioned. The bathroom floor was slippery when wet. The AC knob also needed to be fixed because it wasn't working properly, making it difficult to adjust, only turning it on and off. Oh yes, one more suggestion, the softener/detergent used to wash the towels should be evaluated because the scent wasn't fresh. The bed we used in the middle had a kind of separator so it felt uncomfortable on the back.
