Friendly staff, large portions of food, cool place and away from noise, clean bathroom, soft mattress, highly recommended 👍👍👍..but unfortunately I didn't have time to swim

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, there is a swimming pool for children and adults, the breakfast menu is not very varied, the taste is ok, but the concept is not a buffet when staying

The room was clean and smelled good when we first entered. However, the mattress, pillows, and blankets were a bit smelly. The small pillow was especially dirty. There were few TV channels, but many were blurry.

New experience, got a Cambodian room in the corner, but I think it's the same. Very nice and comfortable for a staycation

Nice room, have the balcony and the view is peaceful However, water heater didn’t work well around 11-11.30, probably because many rooms use at the time

The facilities that I like are the swimming pool, you can swim freely, and there are many beautiful photo spots in the yard around the hotel, for the room, I happened to have a deluxe rear view, sorry, it was damp, I felt short of breath inside, the sheets were also full of dirty and damp stains, other cleanliness was okay, the bathroom was like that, for hot water, it seems like it's not free, because after using it for a while, it gets cold again even though you want to take a hot shower, and oh yeah, please replace the bathroom blower with a larger one so it dries quickly because you're still wet all night... But overall it's okay, it's quite good 👍

Royal Trawas Hotel offers an exceptional experience. The serene and cozy environment made my stay incredibly relaxing, and I always felt completely at ease. What truly set it apart, however, was the cafe. The food was simply outstanding, bursting with flavor and variety. It elevated the entire visit. I can't wait to come back!
