A very strategic hotel for staying near Lake Batur. The rooms and surroundings are clean and beautiful. The price is affordable. The owner and staff prioritize honesty. I left something behind and inquired over the phone, and they answered correctly that something was missing, and it was delivered to my home address the next day.

The room was quite clean, the food in the restaurant was delicious, the fish nyat nyat, the shallot chicken, even the cream soup was delicious. In front of the hotel you can access the lake, take photos. Fun.

The staff is very nice, I like staying here, the place is close to everywhere, the morning view is directly sunrise

The triple room is not soundproof. The next room when we stayed was occupied by a large family who were very noisy until dawn. It was very disturbing and the hotel did not give a warning. The toilet and curtains were dirty.

(+) Hotel with hot water suitable for families & most strategic near the T-junction, just walk to Alfamart, Indomart, JFC (-) TV is broken and won't turn on & WIFI is dead

The atmosphere is comfortable, only the bathroom is a bit neglected and there are no clothes hangers outside, only inside the wardrobe, but only behind the bathroom door.

The water in the bathroom smells like a drain, the room price is 341 thousand, there is no mineral water in the room, the power socket for charging the cellphone is high above the bed.

Kamarnya kurang bersih. Di atas tempat tidur ada serangganya. Ada bunyi tikus yang mengganggu di atas plafon kamar. Mungkin karena saya di family room. Sepertinya banyak kamar yang baru. Kamar family room bangunan lama. Bau lembab. Sampai bantal saya alasi handuk. Mungkin pengelola bisa lebih meningkatkan kualitasnya agar nyaman yang menginap. Terima kasih.

Semua staff sangat ramah. Jika tidak booked dengan sarapan. Bisa sarapan bayar 25rb, kamar nyaman. Kasur empuk, deket kemana-mana. Sangat menyenangkan inap di sini.

Location is on the main road, opposite the hotel you can see the sunrise. In the room there is no trash can. Suggestion, provide a public Aqua dispenser outside the room, for hot water, because the weather is quite cold.
