Poorly maintained like dirty, the sheets are itchy and have lots of spots, the service is also very cool hopefully it can be fixed!

Good hotel location. the room felt like it hadn't been swept up by a dirty curtain the bathroom door sounded crunchy and part of it was fragile. Match the price.

The room was dirty when we checked in. Lots of hair on the floor and on the bed . Shower room was dirty . Rusty tap . Blanket and bed shit were old .Lots of mosquito . And pillow were flat too. There are lots of hotels and motels with same price but more clean .

I ordered a deluxe room, but it turns out the room is bad. Facilities are out of date (outdated / old) bathroom shower is short. So you can't shower from the top of your head, the bath tub is leaking. Bad wooden cupboard. Old school TV. Dull image. The small fridge didn't work. There is no water cooker. Only given 2 btl small size water. There is no toothbrush. Breakfast no buffet. Just 1 plate fried rice and 1 plate fruit pieces. No wonder it's a 1-star hotel. Those who love 4-star grades must be wrong, the receptionist is really nasty.

Overall the room is comfortable and clean. It's just that the choice of breakfast is very minimal for the choice, especially me who is not used to heavy breakfast with rice and the like 😅😅

the staff actually gave me key to a room that hasn't been cleaned! with trash still around and cigarette box. asked for another room. but all room is the same, paint peeling off, musty smell, no towel, no toothbrush, one bed lamp is off. breakfast is ok though. I think I am the only guest at the hotel that day. anyway, it's different from photos.

The hotel met my expectation because the room rate was very cheap. I only needed a place to overnight before riding my bike to Bedugul early morning. My only complaint is the linen being laid above the blanket. It is unhygienic. It should have been laid below the blanket so that the person who sleeps there doesn't come in contact with the blanket.
