Very loud noise from the restaurant next door. Would like to have a converter adapter to borrow

I was enjoy staying there but maybe I get big room and the furniture not very clean .The bathroom was there but cant us must go out.Its okay but please make sure the bed was clean.tqsm

Service is pleasant and in the center of town.

No towels for the bathroom is dirty, louver window, broken bathroom, broken bed, old room, very smelly. Breakfast only has bread.

very old old hotel. I don't know why they get 8.7 stars .. not clean. even the floor not stable enough to stand. and we are 3 person room, they give us just 1 towel.

It's too bad for a vacation or just to sleep. I logged in in 10 minutes and kept checking out. Bye. Scale the room with its windows that people can look at. The curtain was not cleaned. Seriously going to bed thinking so many times. Unfortunately, online payment cannot be redeemed.

Bathroom was broken every room, they never fixed it. So different from advertising. A bit far from street art. Staff is helpful.

Sheets and towels must be told to be replaced. Rooms if not told are not cleaned. WiFi doesn't work on the 2nd floor.

The staffs are friendly and the place feels homey. It's walking distance to the free CAT shuttle bus, to Chulia street and to almost everything.

The advertised image is not true. Room is not clean, sheets are not clean, smelly.

Need to update the room image, because it does not match the picture on the application.

Affordable price to stay for 1 night

very faulty and dirty. (1) the bedsheet is so yellowish and it looks like it has not been wash for some time. they probably just reuse them after every guest. (2) the toilet floor is very sticky. the water heater is not working. a lot of small holes in the toilet. (3) lastly, if you are staying for the weekends, I would advise you not to.. because there will be some life performance going on at the restaurant beside it. I'll be noisy until late night.

The price is according to the quality of the room, although sharing a bathroom but all the hot shower, there is breakfast every morning, the AC is cold too, unfortunately many lockers are broken and there is no lock at all, very unsafe. but the others are all best.

Bad service haven’t slept at all because when my pillow taken from my bed they didn’t provide another pillow till I complained about it in the morning, because there a Bangladesh guy which is taking the reception at night he’s stupid head and you know what do not book this hostel !
