Choose a room on the top floor to get a city view.

This was my first time staying in Semarang, and I was fortunate to find this hotel in a strategic location. It's easily accessible, both to and from other locations, very close and convenient. The hotel's location and vibe make it a perfect choice for a stay alone, with friends, or family. There are a variety of room options and views. We had a city view, with cars and motorcycles decorating our large window. The bathroom was clean, the hallways were clean, and the elevator was very fast. Breakfast was okay, but I didn't have time to take a photo because I was so focused on eating. The Pi7u housekeeping service was also excellent. The price is moderate but reasonable. Other services are also available. Overall, I recommend this hotel for anyone planning a vacation in Semarang. Hopefully, there's another time to visit Semarang.

Affordable price..friendly service..strategic location..the only thing that needs to be improved is the hallway to the room, please add some fragrance because it smells musty..and please fix the bathroom drain so that the water doesn't stagnate.

The hotel staff is friendly, the AC is quite cold, just a little input is that the cleanliness is quite good, but in my room I found a tomcat in the sink, so please clean it more thoroughly. Overall it's okay and quite comfortable.

Nice place and good service, suitable for family and business.

This hotel is located in a very location. The room we booked was nice, the city view adds a ‘live’ picture of the everyday life in Semarang. The mattress is firm and comfy and thanks for placing two pillows each for each guest. The room (room area, sheet and bathroom) is clean. My only critique would be the restaurant. The food is good, but good food comes with nice ambience - and your restaurant desperately need one.

Check in is very slow, no effective solution, rigid, customers come at 10 am but still have to check in at 2 pm, ask to be earlier and be ready to pay cash but still can't, even though at 9 am many people have checked out, different from Whiz Jakarta

Fast check-in process, clean rooms, close to the mall.

The location is close to the mall, the staff is friendly, and parking is assisted by hotel security due to the small parking lot. Please increase the variety of breakfast. Overall, it is recommended.

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The security guard was quick and attentive when my relative had a sore leg, and he immediately helped her.

The room's design is a bit sketchy, but overall it's very clean. I was a bit surprised at night by a tomcat in my bed, but luckily I didn't get bitten. The surrounding area is also busy, 10 minutes to Tawang Station and 2 minutes on foot to Paragon Mall. I really like the atmosphere. Thank you.
