The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. It's close to Semarang's tourist attractions. The only downside is the air conditioning isn't cool enough, or perhaps Semarang is really hot. I'll definitely return if I'm in Semarang again ☺️

The package I chose was breakfast for 3 people because I was bringing my 6-year-old child with me. Upon check-in, I was still asked to pay an additional Rp 50,000 because the age limit for free breakfast is 5 years old.

It's pretty good, but the AC should be turned on before guests arrive. This prevents the air from getting too hot and requiring a long wait for it to cool down. Just a suggestion, but the rest is fine.

This hotel is always busy. It's so crowded at breakfast time because the breakfast area isn't very large, so we had to move to the ballroom. The rooms need regular maintenance, as every time I stay there's a problem: the AC leaks water, as if from the shower, and the toilet exhaust fan doesn't work. In terms of cleanliness, it's fine.
