Staff very helpful.. Nice hotel.. For the price that you paid.. Is worth it.

location is close to tourist spot, small but comfortable room, there is also a refrigerator in the room. if you want to go to Melaka sentral by bus, you can wait from across Mahkota Medical Center, walk 500m from the hotel, the bus comes approximately every 30 minutes, in my case the bus arrive at 12.20 and it takes 20 minutes to get into Melaka sentral.

10 minutes walk to MMC, 10 minutes to Jonker, 5 minutes to Mahkota Mall, 10 minutes to Dataran Pahlawan. The room is clean, there is a drinking water tap, so mineral water is not provided. Overall satisfied. It's just that check out is at 11:00.

The hotel is located in the city, very close to tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. There is a laundry shop right next to the hotel, very convenient.

The building is old, but well maintained. I was comfortable and really liked staying at Venus, close to tourist attractions, clean, complete toiletries, refillable drinking water, comfortable mattress and soundproof (even though my room was located near a major road) Next time if I go to Melaka again, I will definitely choose to stay at the Venus Hotel again. Please maintain it, team. Thank you.

Stayed 1 night here for the room size is indeed a bit narrow but clean and comfortable. Moreover, the room faces the window to the street and can see the street view. The bathroom is clean.

Ok puas hatilah dekat ke bandar

Resepsionis baik, hotel nyaman, bersih dan dari hotel ke rs mahkota bisa ditempuh dengan jalan kaki hanya sekitar 500 m.

Friendly receptionist..bilik bersih..kopi teh disediakan..air filter ada sebelah lif..tempat untuk iron pun ada..dekat dengan semua tempat-tempat menarik..jalan kaki saje

Clean, neat, comfy and worth the price.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, perfect for 2 people. Just when I checked in, apart from being subject to a tourist tax of 10 RM, Melaka Hairitge was subject to another 2 RM tax per night. In KL, overnight stays are only subject to tourist tax. But so, okay then. No problem.

Good service, for family rooms, the rooms are too small.
