Very good, but there is no lift and the environment is a bit quiet

The room neighbors are a bit noisy. I was surprised by the noise at night. So I often woke up while sleeping. There is no heater in the room, it is difficult if you want to have coffee or tea, you have to get water from the dispenser outside the room.

For car parking, there is indeed less space but the staff helps, leaving the car key. The room is comfortable, the location is close to the main road of Suhat so it is also easy to find food or culinary. The hotel is also very artistic.

The location is comfortable, the room is clean, the bathroom is clean, you get a spacious room for your stay. The only minus is the elevator, so if you go up to the 3rd floor and bring a lot of stuff, it's a bit of homework.. close to where I live. Next time, you can stay here again, the place is nice, the price is not too expensive

The place is comfortable... It's just that there are no sandals or other complimentary items such as coffee, tea and sugar.

The shower in the bathroom is not usable. Other facilities are good.

The staff is friendly and always helps to carry things. super friendly, like a guest house, the price is like that, I swear it's already warm water. 2 or 3 star hotels just lose. let alone bring a toddler.

Very close to everywhere but it turned out to be on a one-way bypass road so it was an effort to find a way back. But everything was okay. Unfortunately the rooftop restaurant was closed, but it was nice for the sunrise view of Malang city. When checking in at the same time as a wedding event. So I had to wait for the staff to prioritize the wedding 😅 but it's okay as long as the room is okay.

What's the shower concept like, boss? The shower above doesn't have water coming out, there are no sandals for that price, there's no soap or shampoo, the table is uglik uglik,

Stayed 2 nights, asked for the room to be cleaned but it wasn't cleaned, towels weren't replaced or drinking water was added. Trash wasn't thrown away either. It was already late at night after walking around tired and had to go down from the 3rd floor to get water because it wasn't given. Bad service 🙂 the jet flush bathroom leaked so the bathroom was always wet. Not recommended 👎🏻.
