For around 200 rupiah, this hotel isn't very good. The room smells bad, and the bed is very small. The hotel doesn't provide what you requested when booking through the app; instead, you have to pay extra or upgrade to get what you want, like a single bed. Other hotels would definitely provide that.

I booked a hotel room through an app with breakfast and dinner. Upon check-in, the staff didn't provide breakfast or dinner. I stayed for three nights, and the noise from the neighboring rooms was very loud at night.

The rooms are clean and very comfortable, with elegant decoration. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city center. I was impressed with the hotel's efficient check-in/check-out process. They allowed us to check in early, around 10 am. Their customer service is also commendable.
