Strategic location, although the room is not too spacious but very clean. The chairs in the swimming pool area are very comfortable, make you fall asleep

The staff was friendly and communicative. I asked to be moved to a room that wasn't stuffy, and they helped.
Unfortunately, the wooden bed creaked when we moved. Other than that, the room was okay, with a pool view and fresh air (some rooms don't have a pool view; it's best to confirm this with the hotel).
It would be nice if there was a designated smoking area that wouldn't disturb other guests.
I booked without breakfast and looked around. There were good restaurants two places away from the hotel.
The hotel's location is good, you can walk around the area at night, which is very pleasant.

Overall, it was good, but when I first checked in, my booking wasn't registered in the hotel system, so I had to wait an hour for the front desk to ask the hotel reservation team to update it. After that, everything was great, and the hotel was very comfortable. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again if I go to Bali again.

One of the most affordable hotels in the strategic location of Kartika Plaza Kuta. The hotel's design is quite modern with Balinese touches. The rooms are comfortable, though not particularly spacious. We stayed in a pool-access room, allowing us to swim freely at any time. The cleanliness of the hotel and pool is commendable.

The price of the room is very affordable, especially considering what we get in return. The staff were really nice, and the room was quite spacious with a lovely design. One thing I appreciated was the rope in the bathroom, which was perfect for hanging our bathing suits. Mineral water and amenities were provided for free, which is great since many hotels charge for them now. Although I did notice some dirt in hidden spots like beside the bed, overall, I had a really nice stay and would definitely consider coming back.
