The complaint response was incredibly responsive and satisfying. I had a complaint about the drinking water heater (electric kettle) which smelled really musty, the water we boiled became really musty, it was immediately replaced with an electric kettle which if I looked closely and smelled it, it seemed like the replacement electric kettle was just bought :D on one hand, the hotel's response to the complaint was very responsive, but on the other hand, hopefully it will be an evaluation to always check the quality of the room facilities :D
