Every time I go to Tasikmalaya, I always stay at Hotel Santika, because the hotel is comfortable, clean, strategically located, the staff are all friendly, and the food is also delicious.

Good food, clean room, friendly staff. Overall everything is good. But when I stayed there, it seemed like there was a concert/event nearby (outside the hotel) so the loud band music reached my room. It was a bit noisy.

Staying here is not a bad choice. Cleanliness of the room, easy access. Chinese food in front of the hotel is the best. Near Fore coffee. The breakfast menu is varied, the taste is delicious, the most important thing is there are tutut. BEESSTTTT!!!

Check-in took a while because the officer didn't check my request, I asked for the top floor but when I gave the key it was on the 2nd floor. Waiting to be found, finally I got it on the 5th floor. Hopefully they can be more thorough. The room is spacious, comfortable, the design is aesthetic, only the AC is not cold enough. The view from the room is Mount Ceremai / Mount Sawal, it seems, not Mount Galunggung. There is no refrigerator in the room, so I asked for ice cream in the lobby. Overall good, delicious breakfast. The swimming pool is kids friendly and clean. The parking lot is also spacious.

Hotel Santika is indeed the right choice as accommodation when doing business trips. Its location in the middle of the city makes the trip from the hotel to the destination very easy to reach, furthermore there is a very varied breakfast menu by combining local flavors (original West Javanese cuisine / Sundanese specialties) which are very delicious.

The swimming pool is nice, the gym has quite good equipment, good for a holiday with the family.

Thank you to the Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya reservation team, especially to Mr. Yayan. I ordered 2x for 2 different dates but it turned out that I clicked on the same date, and the conditions were unrescheduled. I called the reservation team to ask for a rescheduling and they helped me. Alhamdulillah it was possible. The room was clean, asked for a good view and it was given, all the staff were friendly. The breakfast food was also delicious. Thank you Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya, may it be even more successful.

For the second time I have a staycation here, the hotel is very strategic, located in the city center. The room is clean, the swimming pool is also clean as well as the service is fast and very good, the food also suits my tongue. Thank you for serving wholeheartedly.
