The staff are all friendly, the facilities are ok, neat, clean, smell good. But unfortunately, the reduction in employees actually overwhelmed them, as a result guest services were not optimal. Then the bathroom water often comes out small (doesn't even come out). Maybe the management needs to consider again related to its services, plus tighten the obligatory employees with masks. It's a shame because the villa is comfortable.

The location of the villa is very strategic, quite close to the port of Gili Trawangan. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are all friendly and informative. There is also a bicycle rental for in-house guests.

The experience of staying at Black Penny is very pleasant, only for the pool water is too much chlorine so it makes the eyes hurt.

accommodation has private whirling pool, so if you wear hijab you can enjoy it. very clean, has their own cafe upfront and also the one overlooking the sea. staffs are very accomodating, they try to assist us anyway they can.

This holiday is very different, different, I chose Black Penny Villa's Gili Trawangan hotel. Of the many hotels in Gili Trawangan in Black Penny Villa's Gili Trawangan, it was very pleasant because in each room there was a pool (private pool) with a relatively cheap price. Starting from the friendly staff from FO & FB staff. All staff is the point. Delicious food too. My little family was very happy and enjoyed this holiday. I could stay at Black Penny Villa's Gili Trawangan. I will definitely come back here if I go to Gili Trawangan.

Very recommended! For private pool, the price is affordable (not because of low season, that is it) The room is not so spacious but the bathroom is spacious, strategic location near the port.

The place is in accordance with the image and the service is friendly. but the price of food is expensive. Recommendation to stay overnight but to eat outside not far from the hotel there is a black market.

The place is very close to the harbor. There is a private pool in each room. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful too. Recommended!
