Nice place for staycation, close to the surrounding culinary area. This is the second time I stay here.

There are lots of snacks around the hotel, a short walk away is Solaria, across the street are Indomaret and Tomoro, the staff are all friendly, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast menu is varied.

The food taste needs to be improved. The hotel staff needs more coordination and cooperation about procedures, especially earthquakes. Overall, I had a good experience while stayed at the hotel.

well.. living in the hospitality world is hard then choose ur hard. when checking in the process was comfortable and good even my 2 suitcases were brought and it was an extraordinary good experience in my opinion. But....... none of my requests were handled well. 1. I asked to be woken up at 4 there was no call or even a knock on the room I can assure you there was none. even my husband called the receptionist but nothing happened. maybe they thought they were joking. even though I had requested it when checking in. maybe the PIC was different I checked in around 7.30 2. ok this is optional but important. I was offered breakfast in take away. huft never mind bringing it, just ignored it like that thought I forgot there was a compliment of food. even though they were the ones who offered it. but back again. maybe the PIC was different overall. im not recommend santika bengkulu as ur hotel

A good hotel is a choice when coming to Bengkulu.

Fast check in. Not much interrogation. Friendly F.O.. Clean room. Plenty of places to eat outside the hotel. In town.
