Everything was fine, booked a Superior room with breakfast included. When checking in, I asked for a Superior room with a bathtub, they said the superior bathroom had been renovated and replaced with a shower. But after checking several times, it turned out there were still some in the Superior room on the 4th floor, that's great! The room was clean, had a balcony, a great view, I didn't use the AC because it was already cold. Breakfast was also delicious, especially the sesame fried chicken. Cons: the breakfast menu lacks variety, no chicken porridge and omelettes, very few TV channels, only local, wifi is sometimes slow and sometimes fast. Suggestion: don't replace the remaining bathtub in the Superior room with a shower, it's better to just patch and repaint it, because it's a plus point with a bathtub still available these days. Please add more breakfast variations. Please add more TV channels. Everything was fine, if I go to Tretes I will definitely come back here. Thank you

I was initially assigned a room on the second floor. Upon arrival, the receptionist suddenly informed me that the standard room I had booked didn't have air conditioning and required access via stairs from the third floor. I accepted this. However, a major problem arose the next morning after I went to bed: the mattress turned out to be unsanitary, and I was covered in bedbug bites! It was incredibly disappointing and put a damper on my stay.

It's really nice, very comfortable and I would stay there again.

The hotel staff was friendly, the CI & CO process was fast, and the breakfast menu was varied and delicious. The only thing lacking was the Wi-Fi, perhaps because it was fully booked, so many people were using it. Thank you.

Deluxe is better than executive. Executive on the 5th floor is a bit creepy, perhaps because the building is old. It's better to book a room on the 7th floor, which is on the same floor as the lobby. The food is delicious.

Great view. I had a complaint about the hot water, but the hotel staff quickly resolved it. The food was delicious, but lacked variety. All the offers are good and comfortable for a staycation.

The room is very big, there is a living room with air conditioning but there is no balcony. I got a room on the 4th floor in the corner. It is an old hotel, so the furniture is made of wood. The sofa is also an old model. The TV only has local stations. The lighting is a dim yellow nuance. The staff is friendly and helped me contact a local motorbike taxi.

Comfortable hotel with affordable price.

It's worth the price, and perhaps a better upgrade would be worth it for the room. The bathroom is a bit disappointing so far. The toilet doesn't have a shower, so it's a bit confusing if you want to pee or poop. There's also no faucet for ablution, so you have to go back and forth to the prayer room. Some of the lights are out, and the TV is also old-fashioned. 😁 Bed comfort is 6/10. Breakfast is okay, standard, but refills take a while.

One of the kids friendly hotels, special swimming pool for kids and playground. We stayed on Friday night, the information we got was that if we stayed on weekends there were some special events.
