Subject: Poor Hotel Conditions and Misleading Rating
Dear Traveloka Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at N3 which was booked through your platform. Despite being listed as a 3-star hotel, the conditions were far below my expectations.
The room was extremely dirty, with:
- Bed bugs and stained bed sheets
- Unhygienic washroom
- Poorly maintained furniture
- Leaks in the roof
- Air conditioning that barely worked
- Numerous mosquitoes inside the room
Unfortunately, this was not an isolated issue, as I observed similar conditions in 3-4 other rooms.
Due to these unacceptable conditions, I was forced to cut my 4-night stay short and move to another hotel after just two days.
I rely on Traveloka's rating system to ensure a certain level of quality. In this case, the 3-star rating was misleading, and I hope you will take steps to reevaluate this hotel's rating.
